N-Able Worcester — managed hosting and infrastructure

The challenge

N-Able Worcester is a therapeutic learning provision tutoring students towards GCSE Maths and English. Holding personal student details, the team needed a secure system and a safe shared-file setup for staff — delivered by a partner who understood that an alternative provision runs very differently from a school, could work patiently with a non-technical team, and was local enough to support them when needed.

The solution

  • Microsoft 365 deployment, with Office applications set up on user machines
  • Email migration from an IMAP server to Exchange 365 — including historic email
  • Microsoft Teams setup, licence management and guest user support
  • Users set up on a company directory, with file storage moved from Google Drive to OneDrive
  • Ongoing IT support

The outcomes

  • A secure, cloud-based system for a team handling personal student data
  • Safe, shared file access for staff through OneDrive and Teams
  • A simple setup a non-technical team can use day to day
From the first contact made, we feel you have really listened and understood our needs and supplied a simple solution.
